Sundays In Bed with is hosted by Kate at Midnight Book Girl. This weekend, I’m in bed reading as much as I can, because my new semester starts tomorrow. It’s my last semester of classes before student teaching and I think it’s going to be my best semester yet. Currently, I’m almost done with two books that are both stressing me out because they are so good:
Siege and Storm is the Sequel to Shadow and Bone and I’m loving it even more. I had no idea where this book would go and it went somewhere I didn’t even think was a possibility. I’m terrified to get to the end, because I know the wait for book three will be excruciating. This one is on audio, so I’ll be looking for excuses to get in the car today. Or maybe it’s time to pull out my knitting.
Crown of Midnight is just… whoa. Again, intense and going places I didn’t expect. The new characters are upping the tensions, I’m terrified for everyone, and again, the end is going to suck because of the long wait for book three.
Stacking the Shelves is hosted by Tynga’s Reviews. This week, I’ve been chipping away at a Barnes & Noble Gift Card by nabbing some steals for my nook:
Deja Dead by Kathy Reichs
Butter by Erin Jade Lange
Everybody Sees the Ants by A.S. King
Plus, even though I already have it on my kindle, I bought Unraveling by Elizabeth Norris through audible.
